Dear Anjana, you haven't mentioned whether you are pursuing your CA or you are a B.Com (//B.Com) graduate at present. If it is like you are pursuing your CA but have completed your B.Com (//B.Com) in parallel, then your B.Com (//B.Com) only will be considered and there is no steadfast rule that Candidates should have studied their Graduation through regular mode. The rule only says that for being eligible for CAT, you should have completed your Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories. This applies to IIMs as well. So even if your B.Com (//B.Com) is through correspondence, you are eligible for admission in IIMs provided you meet the other eligibility criteria.

To be shortlisted for IIMs, apart from the regular CAT percentile, there are other factors that are looked into like your aggregate in your 10th, 12th, Graduation, etc.
