regarding your query, it looks like GMERS, Gujrat is a group of semi private colleges who do not offer All India Quotas for admission.

What I mean by that is Gujrat has 85% medical seats reserved for state domicile students and 15% for All India in their Government medical colleges but since GMER is not completely a Government run college then it has no obligation to provide seats for All India candidates.

Alternatively, you should contact the college for information on their management quota seats if you are interested in that.
