Hello Shubham,
Sorry, According to GATE 2017, A candidate who is 3rd year of his/her degree, Can't appear in GATE Examination. Earlier 3rd years students were eligible for GATE. But from last few years, Only last year's appearing candidates and passed candidate can apply for GATE.
