There are many companies which recruit chemical engineers after the completion of the undergraduate course in chemical engineering.Companies recruit students in the final year of the course with good payscale.After which they are required to complete a internship before joining the job.
However let me tell you that the field of chemical engineering is different from the software industry.Many settle for jobs in the software industry while many don't.Now the preferences are different foe different people and it depends from person to person.

Like Java , python, html and php  select anyone and do it properly. It takes 3 or 6 months depend on the timing you allocate on daily basis
