You need to mention which year you are studying in and the programme being pursued by you, so that we can answer you correctly. But if you're in class 12 or 1st year of undergraduate programme and are not studying Science subjects along with computers, then you are not eligible for KVPY.

The application process for KVPY 2018 is over already. The last date to apply was August 31 and the last date to deposit fee is September 7, 2019.
