Yes ,you can open a medical store after your degree in D.Pharm.

But there are a set of rules and regulations you need to follow for opening  medical /pharmacist store.

First step would be getting registered as a Pharmacist with your respective State Pharmacy Council  .

Then you should  get license for retail sale of drugs from your state drugs control department.  Every information regarding requirements and conditions for getting license to sell medicines by opening shop will be given by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) office of your state.

So go find the FDA office in your city and contact them regarding the license for opening a pharmacy shop.
