Yes you can surely apply for NEET provided you fulfill the eligibility criteria.Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.If you fulfill the criteria as previously then you are eligible for the Neet EXAM.There is no as such upper age limits for NEET.
So you can apply easily.

Neet eligibility criteria is provided below:-
As per, Neet 2021 eligibility criteria to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2021 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc/St
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
So, if you fulfill these then you are eligible for neet
