Hello dear aspirant.

A failed student can't give improvement exam. They have to go through separate private exam.

One more important thing is that improvement exam is for those students who are passed in all subjects but scored relatively low marks. You can give improvement of only two subjects. But in case of fail candidate you have to give all exams.
