Can a handicapped student get a fees concession in engineering Can any one give me some information ?

Yes a handicapped student can get a fee confession in engineering college.There are particular fee for particular colleges

Fee structures in government colleges varies according to your categories as well as family income so in which ever  college want to take admission check the website of that college and check the fee structure which would be available on that College website

In IITs PWD students don't have to pay and fees. Most of the state government colleges have concessions for all reserved categories including PWD. In totally private colleges like BITs, VIT, IIIT Hyderabad there will be no concessions.
