Yes off course you can apply for UPSC CDS exam being a Hotel Management graduate but the point is that you are only eligible to apply for IMA & OTA and if you have Physics and Mathematics as subjects in your 12th then you can apply for AFA too.

For navy only B.Tech holders are eligible and there no percentage criteria at all.

For Indian Military Academy(IMA) and Officers Training Academy(OTA), you need to sit for the CDS exam. For sitting into this exam, candidates need to complete graduation in any stream from a recognized college/university.

Applicants for the CDS exam in 2021 must be a citizen of India or a Tibetan refugee, or a Nepalese or Bhutanese territory, or Migrants from Pakistan, Burma, Tanzania, Zambia etc.

Candidates must be between 20-24 years of age. You can go for IMA and OTA even by pursuing Hotel Management course.
