According to Mumbai university law you can apply for undergraduate program with a IB certificate as according to Indian standard the diploma course here is equivalent to 10+2 in MU.

AS per the law IB diploma students with Physics and Mathematics at higher level and chemistry at a standard level are eligible to apply for UG engineering program(except chemical engineering)but students with mathematics and chemistry at higher level and physics at lower level can apply for chemical engineering.
