Hi dear,

Yes, Definitely you can do your M-Tech in computer science from IIT after B-Tech in IT  for that you have to clear the GATE entrance exam for Computer science with good score so that you can take Admission in an IIT. ... Just appear forCSEpaper in gate.

Best Of Luck!!

Hello aspirant,

Yes you can apply,I came to know that leaving two -three subjects all the subjects in both the degrees are same so it doesn't matter if you are doing mtech from cse.

The main goal should be determined that you have clear gate with score for Respective degree.

Good luck

Hope it helps.

Yah it is possible. Cuz for mtech u need to qualify GATE. And since IT and CSE are almost same. So u can choose CSE for GATE and if u attain the passing marks. Noone will stop u from pursuing mtech in CSE through IITs
