Definitely yes. A pass-out from MCA course is called a postgraduate, as MCA stands for Master's in Computer Application and is a three year post graduation program. It consists of study of computer application development and other fields along with theory and Practicals. So, yes, you will be called a Post graduate after completing MCA degree.
