yes you can pursue a course in Psychology after completion of your MPC. You can do your under graduation in Counselling Psychology. An under graduation degree in Counselling Psychology is for a duration of three years, after which you can do your post graduation in the same course. However, you will not be able to pursue clinical psychology as you are required to have taken science stream.
