But Firstly I suggest you to go through NCERT textbook thoroughly as NCERT is the foundation to study any advanced level of books.

Hope you are doing well . Yes, MTG books are one of best for practising MCQs for NEET. You can definitely buy the NCERT at your fingertips series for Physics , Chemistry and Biology or other series for the same purpose . Specially for Biology the books are very good .
