Neurosurgery in a standard speciality hospital in the private sector maybe the cost of at least 1to6 lacs per surgery. A neurosurgeon done a surgery of at least 4 per days can eatn 2 crores to 5 crores of rupees in a month. So your Assumption in this sphere of neurosurgery is right.
