For BVSc you need to complete the Eligibility Criteria so Specified According to Official Guidelines.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed 10+2 with subject's physics, chemistry, biology and English with minimum 50% in aggregate from a recognized board or its equivalent.

Hence, I am sorry to say, but you are not eligible for the BVSc Examination.

But there is a bright future waiting out there for you.

No only students with PCB can do it. 

No non medical students aren't allowed for BVsc.
