Can a PCMB student study IT? I didn't study computer science till my 12th. So will it affect me? Pls explain . Pls answer regarding my quest

Hello, 

 It does not affect you as in BTech you will learn the computer language from the basic so that you have the opportunity to learn the new languages in B tech Institute you had not study in class 12
