Hi,

Hope you are doing well!

IELTS has two types: IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training.

The IELTS General Training test is suitable for those applying to study below degree level. This includes an English-speaking school or college. It can also be taken for work experience or other employment training.

This training is for those who are applying for secondary education as well as professionals seeking work experience and people seeking immigration in some countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK etc.

This training helps in proficiency  and to assess your English language skills.

Any candidate who is above 16 years of age can appear for IELTS irrespective of nationality.
