Yes it is possible for other state students to get admission in private medical colleges of Maharashtra.

But the notification/brochure released by the the DMER Maharashtra Govt. makes it mandatory to have domicile certificate of Maharashtra. In fact careers360 also says this.Under these conditions how can a non Maharashtra student apply for private medical colleges ?
