No a student from Mumbai cannot get admission in Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research, Surat through AIQ counselling conducted by MCC because Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research, Surat does not take part in AIQ counselling but it does not mean that a student from any other state cannot get admission in it.

It participates in the state quota counselling of Gujarat and if any other state candidate is seeking admission in it then he/she can take part in state quota counselling of Gujarat for Management seats. So an other state candidate can get admission in Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research, Surat for it's management quota seat .
