Hi, whether you can sociology as a minor subject or not along with psychology as an honours subject depends on the academic policies of the college/university you wish to take admission or have taken in. Some colleges don't provide a minor certificate/degree while some colleges do. I would suggest that you contact the university/administrative depertment/faculty member/admission help desk as they would be able to answer your question better about whether the particular university allows students to pursue a minor course and if yes then what  courses/subjects are available for pusuing a minor degree along with majors in Psychology.
