No, the KVPY Scholarship exam is conducted for class 11, 12 and graduation 1st-year students. As per the year mentioned here, I feel you must have completed the graduation degree, so you can't apply for this exam.

For sx stream

Yes you can apply for kvpy exam.

• Thecandidates/aspirantsshould be willing to pursue higher studies in Basic Sciences after completion of the 10+2 examination with a minimum aggregate score of 60% (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the Science subjects.

For SB stream

• The candidates must have to be secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in 10+2 examination (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates).
