Hello Anand,

The notification of Jharkhand CEE clearly states that only domiciles of Jharkhand are eligible to apply for the same.

However if you still wish to join an engineering college in Jharkhand, you can apply for the same via JEE mains and try and make the minimum cut off rank required!
