Hi, Yes, you are eligible for taking admission in GEMS B School. Once you complete your exam and get the result, walk-into the GEMS B School office with a print out of the result along with the print out of the email with Online Admission test result, 2 sets Photocopies of class 10th, class 12th/Plus 2 and other educational certificates that you have, Rs. 1000 for the application form and the 1st installment fees.

Yes you can apply for the exam in your final year of graduation. But as per eligibility criteria, you should pass the final year of graduation before the admission to the BSchool with a minimum percentage.
