Yes of course a weak student  can complete computer science engineering in us. But according to me don't think yourself as weak, that's the main booster you must carry with you. And in case you think you are weak then you should show interest in the subjects and you will be eager to learn them which leads to score good marks. Coming to the fees it will range from 40000 USD to 85000 USD per annum.
