No Shaheer. An NRI can only apply under NRI Category and not under General Cateogry. The Categories like General Category, EWS, OBC,SC,ST are confined to Indian Nationals appearing for NEET based on the constitutional rights. Reservations are not applicable for NRI Candidates. So if you are a NRI, you should select NRI as your Nationality.
