With these marks you can't get any government medical or dental colleges.

SC/ST/OBC-PH        40th percentile          128-113      119-107

By clearing cutoff or getting qualifying marks you are eligible for the counselling. It doesn't ensures you a seat.

Hi aspirant!
You can get admission in private and deemed colleges but not government colleges under General or OBC category. The cutoff marks for AIQ in 2020 was 611 marks so this year too it must be around the same marks if not the same.
You can also try abroad as that is also an option with your range of marks.
