Yes, there are certain instances where OMR sheets got cancelled owing to the very slightest of errors, even after taking the exam, like :

• When given instructions are not properly read

• Forgetting to fill up name or roll no. / marking the wrong bubbles while filling the roll no. in OMR format.

• Using ink based pens when instructed not to.

• Doing rough work on OMR sheets

• Not properly darkening the bubbles.

• Signature has gone outside the designated box.

• Folding the omr sheet
