You can choose integration curve method to calculate the peak ratio of hydrogen .

First, you have to eto establish the relative ratio of hydrogen .to do this , use aruler to measure the top and bottom of each of the integration curve.

After the measure of the height of each peaks on the spectrum divide each of the heights by smaller height .

This will give you the ratio
