For making armed force certificate you have to download format for the college you are seeking the admission  you need to visit record office or the headquarters of yours father's Regiment and have to carry these documents, Father's Service number, Part II Order Number ( not compulsory ) .They will issue you a relationship Certificate In respect of your father.
