An interpreter is a person whose job is to translate what somebody is saying immediately into another language. They facilitate the communication between two parties who speak two different languages. They do this by interpreting, translating and re-communicating both verbal and written both verbal and written messages from one language to another.

To become an interpreter:

1. The candidate should have a diploma or degree in the desired language.
2. There is no combination of subjects required in class 12th to become an interpreter. Class 12 is the minimum requirement.

Interpreters earn between 18 Lacs to 61 Lacs per annum.
