On the day of rank declaration a list will be published mentioning the name of the students who are eligible to attend the counselling generally for open catagory its upto 1348th rank.
After the 1st round a list of seats vacant and the candidates that are eligible for the next round is published the procces continues upto open round.
For gen catagory a rank of 400 might get the last seat.
