According to them applications are invited for direct admission to vacant and NRI seats on merit basis in first year B.Tech. and MCA programm

There vis a management quota through which you can seek admission into this College. However getting an admission through this is of no use instead go for other College cause its not so good. Still if you wish  you can proceed with that. Good luck!!!
