Dear Vinni, You need to use the website https://upsconline.nic.in. The online applications can be filled upto May 6th and the applications can be withdrawn from May 15th to May 20th. If that link isnt working, please try this as an alternative link: https://upsc.gov.in/apply-online or
https://upsc.gov.in/examinations/Combined%20Medical%20Services%20Examination%2C%202019
