Hello Rishabh, 

Choosing between TKM or GEC is a easy choice but it depends upon 2 things. You want a good academic life or good campus life. 

• TKM :-
  

The college offers a very good academic life slightly better than GEC. Lots of fun programs are also conducted in the college. But the campus and the hostel life will not be great as ragging will be there for you from 3rd year and not in 1st year. The placements are good for IT and average for EEE branch.

• GEC :-
  

The college life here is better than TKM. No ragging till the end of your course and very good seniors. The placements are not good for this college.

Because of the placement issue i would recommend you TKM as college place a minor role as getting a job is no 1 priority.
