Well, now you should focus on these topics 

Phyics-

Optics,thermodynamics- these two are most important and others are as well important because other as well contain one question,but these contain more questions.

Maths-

Co-ordinate geometry,calculas ,matrices,vector - well co-ordinate part is most important all the section there will be minimum 3 questions from it and other are small chapters and pretty easy one that I mention.

Chemistry-

I would say to study whole , first and foremost specially chemical bond ,it will help you lot in whole chemistry other than this ,co-ordination ,study full chemistry from short notes , specially inorganic ,you will find it easy.
