Yes, you can repeat 12th standard with different stream in NIOS even after  graduation, as there is no upper age limit regarding this, however you need to ponder upon what are your reasons to repeat hs all over again with different stream, there are many fields such as law/management/education courses to name a few which enable candidates from any background to pursue the course, so think clearly prior to reaching any conclusion as this is regarding your future.
