UPSC is Union Public Service Commission which conducts all the competitive exams like :- NDA, IAS etc.. No qualification like: having of degree is not necessary in this  Every type of engineer, person or student after 12th can apply for UPSC exams. But you should fulfill the eligibility criteria of each and every type of exams. Yes an artificial intelligence engineer can also give UPSC exams if you meet the eligible criteria.
