Dear Ubaid, it is not clear as what you meant to ask. MCI stands for Medical Council of India which is the regulatory body for Medical Graduates across India. Now if you meant if you can apper for MCI FMGE exam, if you are a Bangladeshi citizzen, unfortunately you cannot. This exam is for Indian Citizens who have studied MBBS abroad in a foreign country but want to practise in India.
