Can B.E. indian student get admission in Stanford University(MBA)?,if yes,so how?

Yes it is possible
You need to have a high GMAT score first and high GPA. A strong recommendation is also desirable.

To clear their admission procedure, you will need to be able to demonstrate leadership skills,strong academic background(GPA and GMAT), international exposure (a big +) and naturally an excellent career progression and career potential.

That being said, 8000--10000 people apply to Stanford every year for their MBA programme and they have only 500 seats

You need a very impressive, compelling story. Top business schools, as a whole, are looking for people who are incredible - unique - at something. It doesn't have to be any one particular thing, but you need to be exceptional at it.
