In India, degree in Homeopathy can be earned like any other medical degree after passing 10+2 exam. As the answer to your question, you are allowed to perform some surgeries which your(Department of AAYUSH) board allows. The candidate having the BHMS(Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) degree is eligible to be called as a doctor and eligible to do the private practice.
