Assuming you are asking about class XII. So, a bio student don't need to give maths exam unless he/she have additional subject as mathematics. If a student doesn't have Mathematics as an additional subject then he/she need not to give Mathematics exam in class XII.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you have mentioned that you belong to biology group that is P.C.B (physics, chemistry, biology) so you don't have to give maths exam until and unless you have taken maths as a optional subject in your curicullum.
