Ofcourse, if you are an Msc Biotechnology, You can apply for drug inspector post. You should be between 18 and 36 years. There is no other conditions. Candidates completed microbiology or pharmacy are eligible too. For getting the job, you have to apply UPSC exam.  A post for drug inspector is now open in upsc portal actually.  You just have to register at https://upsc.gov.in/ and apply. Good luck.
