Here is whole layout for the CA exams and its eligibility as well:

• Any 10th pass student or any student with equivalent qualification is eligible to appear for CPC (Common Proficiency Course  )
• After qualifying for 10+2 the candidate then have to qualify for CPT.
• It is followed by articleship under practicing C.A. for three years followed by CA final exam

So yes you can appear for exams while pursuing BBA but you need to balance your courseware with CA studies so that no major loss happens at both the sides.
