It is not written somewhere or declared by the CBSE official that a student will get grace Marks or not. It all depends on the board and the faculty checking the paper. You do not have any other option than just waiting for the results. I think CBSE will pass but again it all depends on their decision. Making assumptions right now would not be a good option.
