Yes, clothes with few small buttons cam be worn in the NEET EXAMINATION.

Preferably you should not wear  buttons at all but if you have small buttons then also it will work.

Yes definitely you can wear clothes with few small buttons on it because as per the dress code of NEET UG :-

• Candidates must wear a mask and gloves as per COVID-19 protocol.
• Male candidates should wear half sleeve shirts/T-shirts as full sleeve shirts are not allowed on the day of the examination.
• Clothes worn by male candidates should be light i.e. zip pockets, pockets, big buttons and clothes with elaborate embroidery should not be there . but if buttons are small and few in quantity then it is ok .
• Trousers and simple pants are much preferred for male candidates. Kurta pajama is not allowed.
• Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. It is advisable that candidates wear sandals and chappal with a thin sole.
