Yes, Cyber Crime infringes Human Rights. BTW, The Indian government doesn't have very strict guidelines for Right to Privacy, But yes it also infringes Right to freedom as if your any account is being hacked than your freedom is getting revoked. Every person wishes to have a good and healthy social media. It should be a fundamental right.
