To appear for the Drug Inspector exam, candidates need to have completed their graduation/bachelors degree in the Pharmacy or relevant fields. Diploma in Pharmacy students are not eligible for drug inspector exam. You can go for B.Pharma lateral entry after completion of your D.Pharma to get the degree. Some states demand 18 months of prior experience being a Pharmacist or any other relevant post to be a Drug Inspector. Candidates need to undergo entrance exam followed by interview to be a drug Inspector.
