No you have to clear all the subjects then only you are eligible for ICET.

Qualification for MBA, Candidates must have passed 3 years duration bachelor’s degree from any recognized college or university.

Qualifying Exam MCA. Candidates must have qualified a recognized bachelor’s degree. Candidates must have Mathematics at 10+2 standard.

Qualifying Marks: Students should have obtained minimum of 50% marks for general candidates and 45% marks for reserved category candidates in the qualifying exam.
